Looks like the long thrust where the combination of the arms and legs is double short. Also there is a sligthly longer gliding-phase compared to the long thrust, with the arms in front of the head. |

Looks like the long thrust or short thrust. The armstroke is a half thrust-armstroke and the combination of the arms and legs can either be long, short or semi-short. Below you see a picture which shows you the long thrust where the legstroke is done while the trailing arm is pulled through.
